First, open up Microsoft Word

Select Format: Paragraph: Line Spacing: Double Space

View: Header/Footer

Right-Click inside header box

Choose Paragraph

You can also go under Format: Paragraph: Align: Right

Type your last name and a space

Insert: Page #

For Outlines: Page #s should be in the form of Roman Numerals:

Do Not Type in Last Name

Format: Number Format: "i,ii,iii..."

Go to a web search engine. Ask.com is the one I feel is the best
for such searches, but please follow your own bliss.

Find out when a conference on Du Bois's book The Souls of Black Folk
was held at Morgan.

Write the date in your Word document.

Be sure to identify the source of the quote (url is sufficient).
