Your Host: Jimmy Bruic

Your charming host and executive chef, has worn many hats during his formative
years in the hospitality industry. He calls his native Ballyganeen home these days,
but has travelled abroad and honed his culinary skills both in the US and England.
His tenure as pastry chef at Manhattan's famous Harbour Lights Restaurant and
London's Corning & Barrow Wine Company were only building blocks towards
his ultimate dream, Coill an Róis Guest House.
