FIRST OF ALL: Know that I do not own Jungle wa itsumo Hare nochi Guu the anime or the manga, they belong to the crazy genius bunch who made it!
You just need to have a place to put your code.
You need to be a fan of Hare nochi Guu but your site doesn't have to be about. It would be fun tho if you showed a little apreciation of the show someplace on your site but it's not necessary.
You should have a decent site, I can take a lot of stuff but I won't take Hate, anti or vulgar sites. Like Yuri/yaoi/hentai site are okay unless the whole thing looks way to vulgar for my liking; ie. vocabulary. Izat clear?
The code should already be on your site when you request to be a member of the clique.
