Liza Victoria Huber was born on Feb 22,1975  and raised in Long Island New York. When Liza was 5 years old, she use to treat painters working on her parents home to a dance recital. She started acting in middle school and performed with theatre groups on Long Island. Liza attended the  University of North Carolina, where she  graduated in 1997 with a undergraduate commun-ications degree in film production  at Chapel Hill.. She went on to perform in 1998 in an off Broadway satire "Four Dogs & a Bone, she played the character Brenda. Liza won winning raves for her preformance as Brenda in the satire. Liza also wanted to get behind the scenes  and learn about the business. She worked at a summer internship  for a extra's wrangler on Lucci's Lifetime film Ebbie,also at a public relations firm and on  the One Life to Live set. She went on to audition for the role of Gwen Hotchkiss on NBC's new soap Passions. The shows creator James E. Reilly didn't even know Liza was Lucci's daughter!
