It's the perfect package for the bride who has very little or no time to plan and would like assistance with the planning of the wedding. Lasting Occasions will handle everything that is needed to make your day a "dream come true"! You will have assistance every step of the way throughout the planning process! This service offers unlimited hours of consultations with the bride and groom including on-site consultations. |
| The Platinum Package |
| The Gold package was designed for the bride that only needs assistance with the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Essentially, this package is for the day-of. All vendors have been hired; however, everything still has to be organized for the big day! This package offers help with the wedding rehearsal and wedding day necessities. Two consultations prior to the wedding rehearsal will be scheduled. The first initial meeting is to discuss vendors and expectations. A copy of all contracts should be provided to me at this time. Review of the contracts and contact of all vendors to reconfirm expections will be conducted. The second meeting will be to finalize the timeline and go over any last minute details. Confirmation of arrival/departure times will be coordinated along with directions to ceremony and reception will be sent to every vendor. Preparation of rehearsal as well as attending/conducting of specific day. Most importantly, on-site coordination for the wedding day. |
| The Gold Package |
| No two weddings are alike, therefore, our fee’s are determined by each individual bride and her wedding planning needs. We offer an a la carte menu in addition to our standard coordination services allowing each bride to customize her own wedding package. With Lasting Occasions, the bride has full control of her wedding wishes.
