The Psychiatrist - Chapter 4 Sendoh came to the court hoping to see Rukawa there. He was so happy when he heard the sound of a basketball dribbling and saw Rukawa there. 'Yes, he's here!' Sendoh said to himself. He walked towards the tall figure and repeated what he said yesterday. "One on one?" Only this time he did not need to use the magic word.(hmm...what's the magic word? Hehe...) Rukawa lost yesterday and definitely wanted to beat Sendoh. 'He's here. I must beat him. How can I lose to him? A psychiatrist? I thought he would never win me, and it was a mistake. I will not make the same mistake again. This time I will definitely beat you!' Rukawa said to himself. It was a tough competition as both persons was eager to win. Sendoh knew he could not afford to lose as Rukawa would then think that he was no competition for him and may not want to have a one on one with him anymore. He played his best and after more than half and hour, Sendoh won. (How? I don't know too... umm... miracle? ^^ well he's a great psyhchiatrist basketball player, maybe he read Rukawa's mind... hehe... Ayako comes and whacks Vinice on the head. 'You and your crazy ideas! Get back to the fic! Vinice gulped... and back to work) Rukawa felt bitter. He did not like losing at all and stared coldly at Sendoh. "Hey, it was a fair game. I won," Sendoh replied. "Boy am I tired and hungry! Want to go have something to eat?" asked Sendoh. Rukawa shook his head and resumed playing. Sendoh shook his head, disappointed with Rukawa's answer. "ll be here tomorrow," said Sendoh and left Rukawa alone. And thus their one on one game go everyday for the next two weeks. Everyday Sendoh would ask Rukawa out for dinner and everyday he got the same reply like the first time he ask. "You won!" Sendoh shouted. Indeed, Rukawa won that day and beat Sendoh. (Why? Umm... Ayako comes over to vinice and said," Don't you even think about saying your crazy ideas again, or else..." showing out a paper fan. "hehe..." grined vinice.) "Hey, want to go out for a bite?"asked Sendoh. 'He never gives up does he?" Rukawa said to himself. "Come on! I asked you everyday. You won today so at least pity me and have a dinner with me!" said Sendoh. Sendoh was overjoyed to see Rukawa's head going up and down instead of left and right. Deep down inside his heart he was so happy. At the shop... "Will you still like to have a one on one with me since now you've beaten me?" asked Sendoh. Sendoh was worried Rukawa might not want to play with him anymore. He longed to play with him. Everyday, he longed for the day to past, so he could stop work and come play basketball with Rukawa. He knew he was sort of well... falling for Rukawa... but everytime he reminded himself that he was a guy, a guy... and he knew in Rukawa's heart that there was only Kaoru. He hated himself for feeling that way but hey it's unstoppable! All this while as Sendoh was day-dreaming, Rukawa has finished his meal and began to walk a way. Realising what was happening, Sendoh quickly called out,"Kaede!" (Shit, slipped out... What to do? Rukawa doesn't like to be called by that name) Rukawa turned, no serious respond towards the name Sendoh called out but instead just said, "One on one is still on!" and left. Sendoh sat there thinking, 'Did he hear me just now? He should but why he wasn't he angry and instead... one on one still on?? Does this mean...? To be Continued... **Previous**Next**
