“Where are they at?” Kevin asked no one in particular. Kevin, Howie and Aj were waiting on Nick and Brian to come back to the studio.

“I don’t know. But I’ll go see if I can get them back.” Aj said as he stood. He exited the studio door and could hear the two playing basketball in the adjoining basketball court. “Hey, Dorkos! Kevin is getting bitchy, come on!” He yelled as he neared the court. They were either ignoring him or they were deaf as both of them never looked up. He walked to the fence and yelled again, “HELLO! Earth to Nick and Brian!”

“WOOHOO!” Brian yelled as he scored another basket. He stopped and shook his butt as he did his happy “I Beat Nicky” dance.

“Come on, Kevin’s getting his panties in a wad.” Aj said waiting for the guys to catch up with him.

“Oh!” Brian yelled as he grabbed Nick’s wallet off the ground. “You owe me 40 bucks. You said I couldn’t beat you. And I beat your butt twice!”

“Hey! Man, that was a one time deal!” Nick said going after his wallet.

“Nope, didn’t say that! Aj CATCH!” Brian yelled as he threw Nick’s wallet over to Aj. Aj wasn’t expecting it and it landed at his feet, opening to the photo section. He reached down to grab it off the ground as he saw the pictures.

“What the-?” He said as the first picture caught his attention. Nick ran and grabbed the wallet from his hands. “What the fucking hell. Give that back.” Aj jerked it back and stared at the picture of Liz and a kid that looked just like him. He looked up at Nick whose face was now pasty white. “Nick,” Aj took a deep breath attempting to keep his temper under control, “Who is this with Liz?” When Nick didn’t answer, he knew. “How fucking long did you know?! And you fucking didn’t tell me?!”

“Aj, I’m sorry man.”

“You don’t have the fucking balls to tell me I have a fucking kid! Goddamn you Nick! You knew how I felt about her!” Aj yelled as he got into Nick’s face.

“What, wait a minute! Aj, what are you talking about?” Brian said stepping between them. Aj threw the wallet at Brian’s chest. Brian caught it and looked at the picture. “Who is this? And who is the kid?”

“Her name is Liz, Nick and I slept with her over 2 years ago. I didn’t know she had a kid.”

“Nick how long have you known about this?” Brian said turning to Nick.

“6 months.” He said quietly.

“6 fucking months!” Aj shoved Brian out of the way and tackled Nick to the ground, punching him in the face repeatedly.

“Get off of him!” Brian yelled as struggled to pull Aj off of Nick. Aj punched him one more time and stood.

“Fuck you!” Aj yelled walking away.

“Nick, why didn’t you tell him?” Brian said as he helped Nick stand.

“It’s not my job. Liz is going to tell him. Where did he go?” Nick said looking for Aj.

“I don’t know. He went toward the parking lot.”

“Oh fuck! He’s going to her house.” Nick said as he took off running.
