"Mel, are you sure that you"re okay?" Julie asked as she sat down on the bed.
"I"m fine, Jules, really." Melissa said folding a piece of clothing and placing it in her suitcase.
"Even after what the fortune teller said?"
"Yes, besides I don"t believe in that nonsense."
"Then how can you explain what she said? She knew about your dad, about ""
"Jules, that what they look for when you walk in! Who hasn"t had a loved one who gotten hurt or someone in their life that caused them pain?"
"Then explain how she knew about your relationship with Nick?"
"She could have seen Nick and me before we went the booth. Everything can be explained."
"Mel, please don"t act like everything is fine, when I know it isn"t. You are scared; I saw it on your face before you ran off. And I see it now; you are scared that she might be telling the truth."
Melissa sat down next to Julie and grabbed her friend"s hand. "Okay, Jules you are right. I"m scared that she might be telling the truth, but I won"t let ruin the time I have with Nick. I have never been this happy and I cherish every moment I get to spend with him."
"I know you do Mel, I"m so happy that you have Nick. There isn"t anything he wouldn"t do for you." She replied as she squeezed her hand.
"I"m very lucky to have him. Just like you are lucky to have Jonathon."
"We are all lucky to have each other." They stood and hugged each other. "Alright let"s get you packed, so you can go away with the man you love."

Nick waited downstairs for Melissa; he could feel himself getting nervous. He wanted everything to go smoothly and he hoped by the end of the night that he would have a fianc"e. He tried to calm himself when there was a knock at the door.
"Brian, what are you doing here?" Nick asked when he opened the door. "I thought I would see if you needed any moral support."
"Thanks B, I am a little nervous." Nick said as he closed the door and walked into the living room.
"Don"t be man, Mel loves you, she"ll say yes. Now, do you have the ring?" Brian asked as he followed him.
"Yeah, it"s in my pocket."
"What about the rest?"
"It will all be taken care of."
"Then you are all set, just one word of advice. When you propose, speak from your heart that will mean more than any words." Brian stated giving Nick a hug.
"Thanks B, for everything."
"You"re welcome Frack."
Knock. Knock. Knock.
"I"ll get it." Brian disappeared only to reappear with AJ, Jeni, Alyssa, Howie, and Jonathon.
"Guys, what are you doing here?" Nick asked, knowing Melissa would wonder what everyone was doing there.
"Well, it"s your big night and we wanted to wish you luck!" AJ replied.
"Wish Nick luck on what AJ?" Melissa asked as she descended the stairs with Julie right behind.

"Not ruining your trip." Brian said looking over at AJ and getting a thank you look from him.
"Okay, I"m not buying that. What"s going on?" Melissa questioned Nick and Brian.
"Nothing Angel, you know AJ, he"s just trying to be funny." Nick said as he walked over to her. "Are you ready to go?"
"Not till someone tells me what"s going on." She stated crossing her arms.
"Mel nothing going on, trust me." Jonathon said as he crossed the room. Melissa knew something was going on. However, she knew they weren"t going to tell her, so she decided to let it go.
"Okay." She said. Nick finally exhaled and grabbed her bag.
Julie gave Melissa a hug. "Have fun, I"ll see you when you get back, okay?"
"I will, have some fun too. This is your vacation as well." Julie smiled at her friend. "You come here!" Melissa said to Jonathon, smiling. They embraced and she whispered to him, "Get Jules out of the house, you two have some fun." Jonathon nodded and then let go of her.
Nick and Melissa said their goodbyes to everyone and then left. Julie walked over to Brian. "Brian, I need your help."
