There have been many fan campaigns to ask NBC, Hallmark and Simon Moore for a sequel to The 10th Kingdom miniseries. One of the first, "Through The Mirror Campaign" was started by the Unofficial Scott Cohen Fan Club. The SCFC purchased heart-shaped mirrors that fans could buy and send to NBC with a poem asking for a sequel.

Another 10K fan named Sadie created a website with pre-written letters and poems so that fans can use them to send their own letters to Hallmark, NBC and others. Instructions are also included for printing the letters and personalizing them.

Many petitions have been created by different fans to try and get the recognition from Hallmark and NBC that there are many fans who would like to see the sequel. The first one was created by a website that is no longer online but the petition keeps adding more signatures regardless (3687). (UPDATE: Well, unfortunately this petition has been taken down so you can no longer read all the comments but it was nice to see how many people appreciated this miniseries. )

Save the Tenth Kingdom

Another humorous petition was created by a frustrated fan who just wanted the sequel to be made already before as he put it "all the 10th Kingdom fans go mad." As of now there are 596 signatures. (UPDATE: Since my last update the signatures for this petition has reached 3096! Still a lot of fans who want to see a sequel.)

10th Kingdom Petition

The newest petition created is asking that Simon Moore's proposed sequel "House of Wolves" that he has written about in previous letters sent to fans be filmed and produced now. That would be great but it all boils down to money. Since The 10th Kingdom was a flop in the ratings and was critiqued harshly by the reviewers and critics there haven't been many big name networks that have wanted to fund the production of a new series. But still they haven't shut the door completely on the idea so there is always hope.

The Tenth Kingdom Sequel "House of Wolves"

Simon Moore has responded to many letters from fans and revealed different tidbits of information about The 10th Kingdom and hinted at what the sequel will be about if Hallmark decides to make a sequel. In a letter campaign from a group of fans in Gennie's 10th Kingdom Fan Fiction message board, a letter was sent to Hallmark in hopes of getting a response. A copy of the letter was sent to Simon Moore also and he sent a special gift along with a letter thanking all the participants.

Letter Writing Project to Mr. Simon Moore

Many fans have wanted an "Official" fan club for The 10th Kingdom and Conventions where fans could meet together and have contact with the actors and Simon Moore, the screenwriter of the miniseries.

Chris who owns the KingdomsPress website and formerly owned The 11th Kingdom site, started a Yahoo! Group called The 10th Kingdom Fan Club. A petition was created to ask Hallmark for an official fan club.

Yahoo! Groups: 11th Kingdom

The petition is no longer online and the fan club didn't become a reality but now the 11th Kingdom website and the Yahoo! group have come under new management and is owned by Wendy who has many new exciting plans that are under way.

Many of the 10th Kingdom message boards discussed the possibility of having a 10K Convention. One fan, named SuzieFox, attempted to organize a 10th Kingdom Convention and created a website called Once Upon A Time T10K Con 2004 but unfortunately due to lack of participation, location and cost, the Convention never came about and the website was deleted.

Currently, there is a free 10th Kingdom newsletter with articles, trivia questions, polls, birthdays and other 10th Kingdom related information. The newsletter also has its own message board for fans to gather and discuss their favorite miniseries and other topics.

10K Connection Discussion Board

Just a little update: The 10K Connection newsletter has come under new management by Wendy who owns the 11th Kingdom fan site and Yahoo group. So now the official message board for the newsletter is at the 11th Kingdom Yahoo group and the former message board for the newsletter is just a separate general 10th Kingdom discussion board renamed 10K Reflections.

Visit the new message board for the 10K Connection newsletter.
