History:
	Spoiler Alert! Do not read ahead if you don't want to know about Rayku yet. This will all be revealed later in my fanfic.
	When Rayku Bisshori was born, she was immediately isolated from people. She had brain
iwave patterns doctors had never seen before. To keep these powers from running rampant, a small circlet crafted of meteorite and jade, bestowed with magical properties of binding, was placed around her pony-tail. They ran test after test on her, researching her infinate mental capacity and the extent of her psychic abilities. When she turned seven years old, she was returned to her two very relieved parents.
	Putting a very confusing infancy behind herself, she began to lead a happy normal life.
That is, until she discovered the thrill of being a theif. She started out as the basic pick-pocket, walking along the streets of Klepto with an innocent smile on her face. After that she went on to stealing bigger and more expensive things. She didn't steal things because she actually saught to use what she stole, more or less it was just to see if she could do it. Her telekenetic powers were a big help in her 'profession', but she did just fine without them. She often sold her collection of pilfered items on the black market; she would do anything for money.
	Rayku was chosen to be Sailorklepto at the age of 12 because of her immense psychic
powers. The princess of Klepto didn't have powers anywhere near Rayku's, so she thought that it was a better idea, for the sake of the planet.
	A few years later, Rayku was caught trying to steal an ancient relic inside the castle.
She bribed the guard who had caught her and he accepted. But after she payed him, he turned her in anyway. The princess didn't really care, but Klepto was not a monarchy; the people decided what was to be done. And the people decided to kick Rayku off the planet. Rayku was totally pissed off by this. She never really thought stealing was so bad. On the day they sent her away, she swore she would come back and kill the guard that double-crossed her. And so she would never forget his name, she named her trusty weapon, the Quiksilver, "Greg".
	Rayku took up residency on Earth. After she arrived, a message was sent to her from
Klepto asking for the return of the Klepto Crystal, so that a new Sailorklepto could be created. Feeling that it was completely unfair to have kicked her off a planet who's name was "Klepto" in the first place, she refused and vowed never to return it until she had her revenge. So she took a pair of scissors to her green and grey fuku, slicing it into little pieces. She reprogrammed the crystal to call together a new outfit which she selected. This consisted of her Coat of Deception: a cloak that could change size and color at her will, also allowing her to become invisable; and various other articles of clothing.
	Rayku became a free-lance assasin at the age of 15, keeping up her skills as a theif
aswell. She eventually went to work for the Japanese MI, becoming a secret agent. This allowed her access to a multitude of weapons and spy gear, which she absolutely loved. In her spare time she works at Midnyte, a night club in the flashy city of Tokyo. She is a very respected bartender, known for both her talent at mixing drinks and her ability to solve problems in people's lives.
