No, we weren't asked to help hand count the ballots of West Palm Beach County. We just went to visit our friends, Myra, Saeed, & their daughter Miriam. We spent a relaxing day at the beach, swam in their pool, and enjoyed catching up with some old friends from Wilmette. Still, it was very exciting realizing that the CNN and network news reporters were broadcasting from just down the road! We'd made these plans months ago, never imagining there would be such interest in that part of our country days after the election. Please check back soon for pictures (no, not of "missing ballots," just pictures of the kids having fun!).
