OK, FIRST JUST THE FACTS...Here's a letter from Mike Caputo regarding LFO's hiatus
"HEY GUYS, I JUST WANTED TO SEND YOU A PERSONAL MESSAGE ABOUT LFO, SINCE EVERYONE IS ASKING ME...YES, THE SHOWS THIS MONTH WILL BE THE LAST FOR AT LEAST THE REMAINDER OF THIS YEAR FOR THE GUYS.. EVERYONE INVOLVED AGREED THAT IT WAS TIME FOR THE GUYS TO MOVE AHEAD, DO SOME OF THE THINGS THAT THEY DREAMED OF DOING, IRRELEVANT TO LFO,AND TO VENTURE OUT AND TRY TO GROW,TRY DIFFERENT THINGS..THIS DOESNT MEAN THAT IT WASNT A DIFFICULT DECISION, BECAUSE IT WAS HARD FOR ALL OF THE GUYS, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, A CHANCE FOR THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT ELSE EACH ONE WAS CAPABLE OF DOING OUTSIDE OF LFO..DOESNT MEAN THAT LFO WILL NEVER AGAIN BE TOGETHER, NEVER SAY NEVER,LFO WILL ALWAYS BE LFO,AND MAYBE IN TIME ANOTHER LFO RECORD....I KNOW TO MOST DIE HARD LFO FANS, THERE IS PROBABLY SHOCK AND CONFUSION INSIDE,AND THATS UNDERSTANDABLE.. I M SURE THERE ARE 500 RUMORS OUT THERE, SO LET ME CLEAR THEM UP.. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THE TRUTH IS,AND ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME, KNOWS THAT I WOULD KNOW, THERE WERE NO FIGHTS, NO DISAGREEMENTS, NO TENSION BETWEEN MEMBERS OF THE GROUP,OR ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO THAT, BUT THAT THERE WERE ONLY GOOD FEELINGS FOR ONE ANOTHER AND PULLING FOR THE OTHER TO DO HIS BEST AND TO BE THERE TO SUPPORT WHATEVER EACH INDIVIDUAL DECIDES TO PURSUE... DEVIN, HAS BEEN IN VIRGINIA RECORDING HIS OWN MATERIAL, WHICH TO DATE, HE HAS WRITTEN AND CO PRODUCED 16 NEW SONGS, AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SEE AND HEAR A SIDE OF DEVIN LIMA THAT THEY NEVER COULD IMAGINE OR DREAM OF, ITS AMAZING..I AM STILL AND ALWAYS WILL BE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE EVERY DAY MANAGING OF HIS CAREER AND WE HOPE TO HAVE HIS ALBUM OUT THIS FALL..AS FOR RICH,I KNOW HE HAS BEEN RECORDING IN NY CITY THE PAST FEW WEEKS, I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANY OF THE NEW MATERIAL,BUT I DID SPEAK TO HIM, AND HAVE SPOKEN TO SOME OF THE PRODUCERS INVOLVED, AND THEY SAY IT IS OFF THE HOOK.. ANYONE WHO KNOWS RICH AND WHAT HE HAS DONE THE LAST 3 YEARS, THAT SHOULD COME AS NO SURPRISE, STAY TUNED,AND I LL BE THERE FOR YOU ON THE ROAD RICH..AS FOR BRAD, LAST YEAR HE BUILT A BRAND NEW RECORDING STUDIO, AND HAS DEFINITELY BEEN MAKING GOOD USE OF IT, BECAUSE HE NEVER LEAVES IT,LOL..HE IS BUSY BOTH WRITING AND PRODUCING AND SIGNING AND DEVELOPING NEW ACTS FOR HIS PRODUCTION COMPANY, AS WELL AS PLACING SONGS ON OUTSIDE ARTISTS TO BE RELEASED THIS COMING YEAR,AS WELL AS WORKING ON SOME NEW MATERIAL FOR SOME OF MY ARTISTS.. I TALK TO BRAD ALMOST EVERY DAY AND HAVE HEARD SOME OF THE MATERIAL,ITS HOT, AND HE WILL BE PRODUCING FOR A LONG TIME, I PROMISE..LET ME JUST SAY THIS, I WAS ONE OF THE LUCKIEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, AND THAT THESE 3 GUYS ARE EVERYTHING AND MORE TO ME..I DEVELOPED SOMETHING WITH THEM THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN EVER SAY THEY DID..WHEN ONE HAD A PROBLEM, THE OTHER WAS THERE, AND VISE VERSA,THROUGH THICK AND THIN..I AM PROUD OF LFO, AND PROUD TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH LFO..IN SUMMARY, TRY NOT TO LOOK AT THIS AS THE END OF LFO, BUT RATHER, TRY LOOK AT IT AS A NEW BEGINNING...I AM VERY EXCITED FOR ALL 3 GUYS....TO ALL THE FANS,THESE GUYS GAVE YOU THE BEST LIVE SHOW YOU EVER SEEN, A NUMBER ONE SONG IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND MANY MORE HITS, AND MADE YOU FEEL THAT THEY WERE JUST 3 REGULAR DOWN TO EARTH GUYS WHO CARED ABOUT THEIR FANS.. I LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR LFO..I HAVE BUILT SOME FRIENDSHIPS WITH THE BEST FANS EVER THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME.. PLEASE CONTINUE THE SUPPORT OF THE GUYS..AND TO MY 3 MAIN MEN,RICH, BRAD AND DEVIN,WHO I WILL ALWAYS WORK WITH, I LOVE YOU, MY BROTHERS FOREVER, ONLY BETTER THINGS TO COME ... MIKE CAPUTO"

Rich, Devin and Brad: Even when no one else believed in you, we were there behind you. Even when radio wouldn't play your singles, we requested you anyway and we went and bought them to support you. Even when everyone said you were a one hit wonder, we were there defending you with all we had. We'll always love you and you'll ALWAYS be LFO in our hearts. Good luck with all of your solo endeavors and we hope that someday you find your way back to each other to record an album together again. But no matter what you decide, we, your hardcore fans will always be proud of you and your accomplishments. You've given us amazing music and incredible live shows and always have treated us like friends. Thank you for everything you've done...you truly touch your fans in more ways then you'll ever know! We're still behind you every step of the way!

Our thoughts on the future of this site...
Well...we hope to continue to update with new stuff that becomes available or add things that come up when looking at older stuff. We would also like to update with commentary from the upcoming solo projects. We may even come up with a few new features. We can't imagine just letting this website go...but reality is...there may not be much to add in the upcoming months. Bear with us and LFO as we are all going through this together. This website and its content is a huge part of our friendship (and a huge part of our lives too) and we just can't give up that easily! Thanks to everyone who has written us praise email and signed our guestbook over the last year and a half..it means alot to us to know that people really do enjoy this site! ~Cristin and Steph
