HOT UPDATE! WOW! There are a bunch of chinese shows in the bay area in 2007: Grasshopper, Twins, Coco Lee & Alex To, 12 Girls Band and Hacken Lee.
Look for Emil Chau Wakin in SF this November and Fei Yu Ching this November in San Jose.
Jolin Tsai in the bay area next February 2008 and Jay Chou after that too! WOW! stay tuned here for updates!

Dear concert goers,
My apologies for not updating my website and yahoo groups in awhile.
I find myself busy and either little time left or being quite tired, to get to updating you all on concerts and events.
So before i go any further, it maybe a long time, if i do update my site and yahoo groups, so as I suggested before, please visit the following 2 websites for the latest concert & event news:

I am getting older and i can't update my site and yahoo groups as often, for example it is freaking 310am, this is how long it takes me to update the site and news and info and i have put it off for weeks now.
I am sorry for not posting info on shows that recently past, but i have been stressed with work, and time is going by fast.
To get away from it all, i recently went on a mini 3 day vacation to Las Vegas.
I attended 3 shows in 3 nights.
6/26/2007 attended the Beatles Love Cirque Du Soleil show at the Mirage Love Theatre, it was a special 1 year anniversary of the opening of the show, and Larry King from CNN was on hand to interview live: Paul, Ringo, Yoko, Olivia and Guy at 6pm pst. After the interview which was broadcast live on CNN, all of them joined us in the audience to watch the LOVE show at 7pm.
6/27/2007 attended Barry Manilow's Music & Passion show at the Las Vegas Hilton, not sure if Paris was there, but now that she's out of prison, i think she's HOT.
6/28/2007 attended George Wallace's stand up comedy show at the Flamingo Las Vegas, he sure is funny.
I did take some nice pix during my mini trip to vegas, but have not even had a chance to upload them or print them yet.......does anyone want to see?
i did enjoy my brief vacation to vegas, it was hot, like an OVEN, temperatures ranging between 112-110-108.....i guess that is not that bad, considering yesterday on the 4th of July it hit 128.....
makes me appreciate California weather a whole lot more.
I also got to watch new movies: Live Free & Die Hard (Maggie Q is HOT!) & Ocean's 13 while in Vegas, and Fantastic 4 Rise of the Silver Surfer (Milpitas) & Tranformers (Union City)....they were ok, but i am looking forward to Rush Hour 3 (August 10,2007), & the Jackie Chan + Jet Li flick in production.
American Gangster with Crowe & Washington looks tempting, and a new movie with Pacino, DeNiro, & 50 Cent will start production September 2007.......
also, despite what they say, i figure another 3 episodes of the Star Wars triology are in the works.......

Korean Pop Star Concert Canceled in LA

LOS ANGELES -- Another concert by the South Korean pop star Rain has been canceled, disappointing fans who had reportedly flown in from Hong Kong and Tokyo.
The Saturday night show at the Staples Center was called off "due to issues related to the show's production," according to a statement from Rain's promoter, V2B Global, posted on the Staples Center Web site.
The 25-year-old performer's show includes 28 trucks worth of stage rigging and a 96-person entourage, the Los Angeles Times reported Saturday.
The Staples Center appearance was to be the final U.S. stop on the "Rain's Coming" world tour that began in December in Seoul. The other five appearances in Honolulu, San Francisco, Atlanta, New York and San Jose, Calif., were canceled earlier this month. Concert organizers said they faced a copyright challenge from Nevada-based record company Rain Corp.
About 80 percent of Saturday night's concert tickets had been sold, promoters said. Full ticket refunds will be issued, Staples' spokeswoman Cara Vanderhook said.
Rain, whose real name is Jung Ji-Hoon, is widely popular across Asia for his hip-hop dance moves and sex appeal. He was set to appear in the action adventure film "Speed Racer" by the Wachowski brothers, who created the "Matrix" movies.

Andy Lau Tak Wah is tenatively scheduled to perform live in Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun this November 2007.
Both Jacky Cheung Hok Yau (Caeasars Palace) & Jay Chow Jie Lun (Chow Kit Lun) (MGM Grand Garden Arena) are tenatively scheduled in Las Vegas this Xmas 2007.
Wang Lee Hom's mom wants Lee Hom to have a concert at Caesars Palace again this Xmas 2007, but Caesars Palace Las Vegas is planning on bringing Jacky Cheung back there for at least 2 shows during Xmas 2007. Caesars Palace does want to bring back Lee Hom, but just not at that time.
Caesars Palace has signed Bette Midler as one of their replacements for the departing Celine Dion, veteran singer Cher is also expected to sign on for a series of shows at Caesars Palace.
David Tao was in negotiations to do a concert in Las Vegas, but he got big headed and wanted to control too many aspects of the concert and it's production, so far, no concert has been scheduled for David Tao in Vegas.
