Marcus is a Vampire that joined with the Sarafan. Marcus is located in the Upper City- check the Chapters Section. He has Psychic Abilities which are dangerous for he turns people against you. Mainly the followers of the Bishop of Meridian. He is actually very easily. This part said earilier "very dangerous" when in fact it should be "very easy".
