This vampire is cooped away in the Eternal Prison. The Eternal Prison, which you will find in the Chapters Section (will be up soon, since I'm writing this sooner than it's up, I won't add the link), houses Eyeless Wretches, Prison Guardians, and Demon Spiders, also Magnus. Not alot was said about Magnus before the game came out, but now there is alot.
Below you'll see that it is a Spoiler of the Eternal Prison and Magnus's story:
Magnus was Kain's most loyal subject during the time when Kain's Vampire Army marched across Nosgoth destroying town after town. Like Sabastian Kain thought Magnus abandoned him at night. In fact Magnus, "in his arrogance", tryed to deal the final blow. Instead of dealing the final blow Magnus was captured by the Sarafan Lord and expirimented on. For more information check the Chapters Section. Magnus's last words to kain were, "Thank You Sire."
