After the first response to this Hidden Goal, whereas Lady Diana was wearing a sweatshirt with the logo of Virgin Air, came an idea in the painter's mind to change Lady Di's outfit into more closed outfit including a veil. Then she appeared in the media wearing Pakistan dress, with a veil, during her visit to Pakistan on February 1996. The photo was at Kompas newspaper in the front page, based on the photo by AFP/Ant. While another photo of the same visit appeared in the Sinar magazine on September 1997 after she passed away.

An important explanation about the veil in this painting is that the painter was not meant to turn her into certain religion. The veil was just to strengthen this painting idea about hiding, in accordance with its title "Hidden Goal". Because if she wear no veil, it would be easier to recognize her from behind with her specific hair dress, therefore it would be not fit with the idea of hiding of this painting.
