Covenant with the
City of Light.
The City of
Light, situated
in the Gardens of Stillness,
born during
the period of
sowing in the Order of Mutation.
Thus, it lies,
like a flower,
in the Gardens of Stillness,
away from the
old lands,
now steeply walled-in against these.
Such is the
City of Light
in the (Order of) Mutation
until
today.
The Time of
Sowing came
from i-i-i to the land l,
and thus
emerged the Land
i-l-i-i, by the Land
i-l-i-c-i,
which is situated
by the old lands.

By placing
this cosmic axe,
an interaction is created between the electric top of the teluric axe,
that receives the cosmic octave and has an inclination of 26º, and
the magnetized root of the axe, that is situated at about 80 cm under
the
ground. There is an energy current between the two poles of the axe,
that
knows expansion as well as contraction in spirals of the two forces
that
divide themselves, come towards each other, until they unite in the
centre
through which a charge of particles is passing in all directions
in expansion and contraction in an endless rhytm.
