The meetings are organized so that everyone will have a chance to speak, should they want to.
We work from an agenda and members are scheduled in for roles a couple of weeks in advance, so they'll have plenty of time to prepare.
Speaking assignments and meeting roles are varied in length and requirements. Some roles require no preparation at all and some require advance preparation such as prepared speeches.
You'll be assigned a mentor to help you settle in and get through your first speaking roles. As you grow in confidence, your assignments will grow with you.
