Ahh, sit back, relax. That's it. You may hang your turnout by the door if you'd like. Welcome to Station 132's Bunker Room! Where visitors can stop by, have a refreshing beverage, watch a little TV, and learn more about the members of Station 132... that is, until the next call comes in...

Captain Jack Malloy Jack's a firm but fair, go-by-the-book kinda fire captain. He tends to get involved in things he doesn't quite know how to get out of which often leaves him puzzled.

Firefighter Erin Coffey Spunky, strong-willed Erin makes herself respected in a man's world through her professional ability, but is always watched skeptically by her father, the chief of the fire department Dick Coffey.

Battalion Chief Dick Coffey Dick is a tough fire chief, accustomed to the "old ways" and very set in them. He does not approve of Erin, his only daughter, in the fire service.

Firefighter Ray Grimes For hard-working Ray Grimes, his job was a way out of the ghetto. He takes care of his troubled teenage brother, Bobby, which can be rather stressful at times.

Firefighter Kay Rizzo Kay is perhaps the bravest in the team, but hides her own emotions as much as possible. She's in love with Jack and somehow keeps forgetting that he's married. :)

Firefighter J. B. Baker J.B. is talented spiritually, knows the Bible and has the ability to quickly discern the situation and to take the proper measures.

Firefighter Lenny Rose Lenny is the greenhorn of the firefighters. His enthusiasm is only surpassed by his naivety. And he's really cute, too!

Firefighter Mike Durning It was hard for cocky, independant Mike to fit in at Station 132. He replaced Jack's best friend, Phil Regan who was killed at a fire scene. Mike's less than sympathetic attitude about Phil's death spurred on a long feud between Mike and the captain.

These folks don't work at the firehouse, but you'll most likely see them there during one visit or another...

Arson Investigator
Bernie Ramirez Seasoned firefighter turned arson investigator turned battalion chief of Company 132 (after episode 6). Bernie works hard to get his man and when he does, makes sure it's the right man.

Laura Malloy Jack's wife. She'd had enough of being a firefighter's wife. She left him, but for some reason, the next time we see the two together, Jack is showing her around his new apartment.

Flame Lenny's girlfriend. She's a little sex obsessed, but oh well.

Bobby Grimes Teenage younger brother of Ray. If only the kid could clean up his act. He always seems to be in trouble with the police over something.

Dr. Janey Markle The last we saw from the gang of Fire Company 132, Lenny was throwing his girlfriend, Flame, a birthday party. The next time we see our friends, we're introduced to Lenny's new love interest / girlfriend, Janey Markle, a doctor at a local hospital. Boy, Lenny's really moving up in the world... but does Flame know anything about it?

Rescue Pilot Jed Neal Jed is an old friend of Jack and a member of a newly formed helicopter rescue unit. Jed tries to do what he feels is the right thing to do in an emergency situation, even if it means going against a direct order.
