      I'm very sorry to say that the basic salary you're        
 going to propose is ridicolous. I might not with you all       
 during the meeting with the Engg.Management Reps. but          
 I'm not so sure why all of you are so scared that the          
 Committee will throw away the proposal.                        
      Please OPEN your eyes, after how many years you've        
 trying to do something about this.................only         
 lately they're willing to listen. They opened the door         
 for us............WHY? Why now they wanted you to come         
 out with the proposal? They'll not offer you this kind         
 of things if they are good enough to throw the proposal        
 just like that.                                                
      Try to fight for the best basic salary that we can        
 get cause this is the only chance that we have. If, they       
 throw away the proposal............then we will see            
 whether they are good enough to get the replacement LAEs       
 to do the rectifications and certifications for MH fleets.     
      This is what we all called THE LAST CALL, if we           
 didn't make it this time..................you will see         
 what will happen to MAS Engineering. Trust me, with the        
 amount of LAEs going for the interviews.............will       
 ends up with aircraft coming to the bay with only the mech.    
 doing the arrival.                                             
      It is not too obvious if the basic salaries are:          
                                                                
      1) ME1.........RM3500  -  RM4000                          
      2) ME2.........RM5000  -  RM7000                          
      3) SME1........RM8000  -  RM10000                         
      4) SME2........RM12000 -  RM15000                         
                                                                  
      For me, no need to raise the type allowance at all.         
 The amount we get for the type allowance now is reasonable       
 enough.                                                          
      For the productivity allowances, let's make it fixed.       
 May be RM10 to RM15 per hour. Practically, eventhough you're     
 a senior LAE with full-fleet coverages it doesn't mean that      
 you will be attending all acft at the same time. So, one LAE     
 at one acft at particular time........the productivity will      
 be the same. Don't tell me that when you have more coverages     
 you will be more productive cause if you come to my workplace,   
 you can see senior@bigger coverage LAEs sleeping during thier    
 working hours.                                                   
                                                                  
      So.........................pls! This is the chance to       
 make it happen. Hope you will consider this before you           
 submit the proposal. Try for the best, if you try less and  
 not stick to what we are supposed to get............that's
