Amalae n mgmt hv continued to make the same elementary mistake! since the first batch of our very best lae left for the greener pastures in emirate/brunei/aust way back in the eighties, we hv continue to suffer that lost in numbers in terms of head count but also in greater terms of coverage. And of crse the worse of all is the inmeasurable term call aircraft maintenance experince wh til today we cud not replace! and to make things worse, mgmt took the shortgun approach and increase miserable lic allowance to the present high instead of doing what is right--that is to ensure lae hv job security being reflected in a reasonable secure high basic pay in which secured life-style is universelly based. how wrong indeed it is to believe a high lic allowance wl ensure professionalism! A GOOD N SECURED environment wl only ensure the gud heart gives in to professionalism and the loves of the job! What is very sad n unfortunately very very true is a high lic allowance wl bred a unwanted "communistic" system where you wl find in some among our ranks who wl make every effort to avoid "exposing" their lic to unnecc signing/working...ie...no signing = no risk of monetary loss!! HOW SAD INDEED!!! Amalae n engg mgmt sud rethink and tailor our rqdmt of a good and secure and reasonable basic pay!!!!!
