wiltry very hard to ask for a high basic pay,but as u know wz the 
current posn mas is in,it will be impossible to submit a pay      
package proposal wz 100% increase..let look at logic nd dollars.. 
if mgmt tells us in two words..NO MONEY or NO BUDGET..What        
happensthey will throw out our hard work proposal nd tell us to   
come backwhen times are good..we all know mgmt attitude..they     
will do thingthat we cannot imagine like recruiting expat nd      
paying them more..                                                
this hv been happening since 1981 till today..we hv expat working 
in QA OFFICE  06 OF THEM..SO my friend pse try to understand us   
we are trying to pinch the company a bit nd asking not to much    
butsome extra money for the LAES..something is better than        
nothing.                                                          
will try again to pinch them when times are better...thks
