PILOTS TRAINING TAKES : 18 MONTHS. THEY SAID THAT PILOTS HAD VERY BIG RESPONSIBILITIES AND THATS WHY THEIR PAY IS VERY "BIG" ALSO AND WITHOUT THEM AIRCRAFT CANNOT FLY. WELL , THATS VERY TRUE .PILOTS HAD VERY BIG RESPONSIBILITIES TAKING CARE THE RM$500 MILLIONS AIRCRAFT AND 300 PAX ON BOARD .THEY DESERVE TO BE PAID SKY HIGH . WE.. TOO...DESERVE THE SAME RECOGNITION AND PAY WHICH IS LONG DUE FROM OUR COMPANY .OUR RESPONSIBILITIES IS VERY MUCH GREATER AS WE ARE THE ONE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE THAT THE RM$500 MILLION AIRCRAFT AND 300 PAX SAFE TO FLY AND REMEMBER ...WE ARE ALSO REPONSIBLE FORTHE SAFETY OF OUR PILOTS . IF A DOCTOR MAKE A MISTAKE ,ONLY ONE LIFE IS AT RISK , BUT IF LAE MAKE A MISTAKE 300 LIFE AND PILOTS LIFE IS AT RISK NOT MENTIONING THE RM$500 MILLION AIRCRAFT.THATS HOW BIG IS OUR RESPONSIBILITIS IF THERE IS NO PILOTS , AIRCRAFT CANNOT FLY , THATS TRUE . WORLD AVIATION IS EXPANDING RAPIDLY , AIRCARFT IS DELIVERED EVERY MONTH TO AIRLINES WORLD WIDE ,ESPECIALLY FAR EAST AND EVERY AIRCRAFT DELIVERED THIS AIRLINE HAD TO INCREASE THE MANPOWER TO MAINTAINT IT ON PAR WITH THE NUMBER OF AIRCRAFT (DCA REQUIREMENT ALSO) BUTTHEY CANT PRODUCE LAE EVERY MONTH .THATS WHY THE DEMAND FOR LAE IS EVER INCREASING EVERY MONTH/YEAR , IF NO REASONABLE COMPENSATION GIVEN TO OUR LOCAL LAE , THE TRAIN TO SOUTH , NORTH AND MIDDLE EAST WILL BE FULLY OF EX MAS LAES. IN LONG TERM SPEAKING , IF THIS LAE STAY DUE REASONABLE COMPANSATION GIVEN , ITS A WIN WIN SITUATION , COMPANY SAFE MONEY FROM PAYING EXPATRIATES AND NO MONEY IS FLOWING OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY.WE DONT NEED EXPATRIATES AFTER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIANCE IN RUNNING THIS AIRLINES.THE COMPANY CAN PLAN THIER LONG TERM EXPANSION AS THERE IS NOWORRY OF SUDDEN SORTAGE OF LAE AS WHAT HAD HAPPEN TODAY .
