LADY'S MONTHLY RECIPE
FOR APRIL


HAPPY EASTER!

Tropical Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
8 egg whites
11oz can mandarin oranges (don't drain)
3/4 cup applesauce

Directions:
Mix together and spray pan
(use Bakers Joy with the spray & flour all ready together).
13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350* for 30-40 min.

Topping:
1 8oz. cool whip
1 small vanilla instant pudding (3oz)
1 20oz. crushed pineapple (don't drain)
Mix together and spread on cooled cake and refrigerate.
16 servings.
