These websites are for different age groups. Some would not be appropriate for younger children and some are just for younger kids. I have three kids -- 13, 11, and 6 -- These are the sites I let my kids go to when they are on the internet. If you would like to make a kids folder for sites just for your kids to go to, follow the directions below.
1. In your web browser, click on Favorites at the top and choose to add a new folder. Name the folder "Kids" or what ever you wish. Then click okay!
2. When you open these sites and you approve them for your child(ren), you can drag the web address into the "Kid" folder.
Now you have a spot where your kids can go to see sites approved by you. Please review each site for appropriateness for your family. Each family is different, each child is different. The internet can be a wonderful place for kids if used responsibly.
**Please do not send me hate mail! You may not approve of all the sites I allow my kids to view. That is why I say to view it yourself first to see if it is appropriate for YOUR family. I choose for my family, you choose for yours. Thank you.
**If you do find a link that is not good anymore, changed, or for some reason takes you to an inappropriate adult site, please email me right away. |
