Greece, my family, my partner, our son, our dog, our friends, Athens, the sun, the islands, the summer-breeze, light, brightness, the white houses of the Aegean, the calmness of the Ionian sea, nights on the beach, the sound of the waves, music, travelling on a boat, the pine trees and water springs up in the mountains, bouquets of red roses: all these are people, places, things and images most dear to my heart !!!
I was born in Athens, in 1973. I studied Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and worked for a number of years as a lawyer before moving to Edinburgh, Scotland, to do my Master's degree (MSc) in Criminology and Criminal Justice. I continued my post-graduate studies with a PhD in the Social Sciences. I specialised in the field of Sociology of the Body. Since 2006, I have returned back to Greece and back to practising law. I now live with my partner and our young son in Thessaloniki.
