Welcome to Lac Glacei,

Lac Glacei is a small micronation located in the frozen reaches of the north. A valley amid towering glaciers whose peaks stretch into the clouds. At the base of this valley is Lac Glacei, a large freshwater lake that remains frozen throughout most of the year. Upon it's shores and spreading out into the lands therein, before they're halted by the glacial rock, the homes of the Lac Glaceians reside. Chiseled into the side of the mountains is the castle Alpreaux, with towers of white rock and banners of blue swaying in the wind. Isolated from the rest of the world, the Occidental Road is the only path in or out of the country.

So what is a micronation? A micronation is a small community of like-minded individuals seeking to create or simulate the activities and functionality of a real nation. States such as Andorra and Monaco can be called micronations. Others are based solely on works of fantasy and exist only in cyberspace. Lac Glacei is of the latter group, and conducts it's business through the world wide web. Our world is composed within this site, and we congregate with other micronations whom share our internet lifestyle. While some micronations seriously wish to form physical states, Lac Glacei is a recreational hobby for those simply wishing to relax in a comfortable atmosphere.
