Wiseman

Wiseman is Prince Dimando's trusted advisor. The only reason he is helping the Black Moon Family is to open the Black Gate to call forth his master, the Death Phantom. He is definitely the strongest villain in the second series. His power comes from his crystal ball. Under the hood is a skull. He is responsible for the deaths of Esmeraudo, Safiru, Dimando, and the tranformation of chibi Usa to Black Lady. Every time Sailormoon is about to turn Black Lady back into Chibi Usa, Wiseman feeds her more twisted, fake memories. Not even the power of the ginzuishou can destroy him, but two could. When Sailormoon turned Black Lady back into Chibi Usa, the ginzuishou of the future appears , and the combined power kills wiseman and destroys the Black Crystal.
