INDIGENOUS CUSINE

There are many different "tribes" which make up the indigenous races in Sarawak, from the Sea Dayak or Iban to the Melanau, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu, Kelabit, etc..

However, there are only a few varieties of food which are truly indigenous.
