The One I Thought I'd Never Find

*~* Chapter 8 *~*

Aj tell the movers they can go. We'll take the rest of it in the cars. Ok Aj replied as he signaled to the movers that the can go. Angelle this was a fantastic idea, your house will make the perfect summerhouse and I don't have to give up my TV studio. Shut up! I said kissing him on the cheek, let's go. Aj took a few more boxes and walked out. I stood in the doorway looking around at my beautiful house that was now empty.  Aj came and wrapped his arms around me. What you doing? He asked, Oh just remembering I replied. Over there is where Jonathan took his first steps, I said pointing
in the kitchen. And over there, is where I use to practice for my dance recitals. And over there is where Afiya got her head stuck between the banister. And that dent is where, Aaron ran into the wall. And there is where my parents used to dance to their oldie's music when they thought we were asleep. I can't believe I'm not going to be living here any more I said. But hey I'll be back in the summer. When we got to Aj's I mean our house, the movers we're already moving all my stuff in. All done Mr. Mclean, one mover said as he got back in his truck. Ok Aj replied, take the rest of the stuff to the storage like we said before. Let the games begin I said as we walked in. After hours of
rearranging, throwing away and a lot of crying, everything was done. I'm sorry baby, but we can't have two of everything, besides, my blender is newer than yours is, I said. So! Aj sniffled. My mom gave me that blender. My mom gave me mine too. You know Aj I think my furniture would look better in here I joked as we walked into the living room. Oh hell no! Aj snapped I'm not giving this up. Ok, ok I said. I was just joking you big baby. I saw a box in the corner marked gifts. Awh man! I said getting out of the couch.
We got one more box to sort out. I emptied the box and looked around at all the things. We found places for all of them. Then I came upon the plaque that Justin gave us. Aj I think we should hang this up right here I said. There's already a nail in the wall I said hanging it up. Whatever Aj said letting himself fall back in the couch. I sat next to him and he turned on the TV. I curled up next to him and put my head on his shoulder just like I did all those nights at my house. Hum, our house I sighed. Our house, I like how that sounds Aj replied.
