Every Single Part Of Me
Story by Daisy
~~*Chapter Five*~~
“Come on, let’s just go swimming for a little bit!” I pulled
Bethany by the hand to my backyard. She came behind me, laughing. We had just
gotten back from the boat ride and I wanted to go swimming.
“Afterwards I’ll make some barbeque! Come swimming with me!”
“Okay! Okay!” She laughed and I let her hand go. I watched as she
unbuttoned her shorts and slid them slowly down her legs. The shorts underneath
were those small little bathing suit shorts.
“Whoa.” I whispered, staring at her. She had what you would call the
perfect body. And that is something I’ve learned to appreciate.
She looked down and smiled, a blush creeping into her cheeks. I grabbed
the float and threw it into the pool, jumping in after it. I came up to the
surface to find Bethany sitting on the steps at the shallow end of the pool with
her feet hanging in.
“Bethany!” I cried, wading over to her. “Get in!”
“Okay.” She grabbed the float and got on it, pushing off of the wall
with her foot. I watched as she floated gracefully to the center of the pool.
She leaned back and closed her eyes. I swam around her for a little while, then
I swam right next to her, intending to grab the float but
accidentally-on-purpose grabbed her leg instead. She let out a soft squeal and I
let her go and leaned my arms on the raft, crossing them.
“Bethany, can I ask you a question and get an honest answer?” I
brushed my wet bangs out of my face and began to wade slowly, taking the float
with me.
“Sure.”
“Why are you so quiet?” She gave me a look. “No really! I don’t
understand. Why are you so shy?”
I heard her take a long breath. She looked so beautiful in the sun with
her light brown hair shining and her skin tanned. She reached out a hand and
began to play with my hair. I grabbed her hand and asked the question again.
“Please tell me.”
“Okay,” she took her hand from me. “I’m just shy. I mean, I’m
so self-conscience of myself. I never had any friends when I was growing up so I
always thought I was inferior to the rest of the world. I never felt a part of
anything. Until now.” She looked at me, her eyes burning deeply into mine.
My heart began to race as I thought about how this girl truly felt
something for me. And I was just in it for the sex. Or was I? My head began to
spin and I stumbled on the bottom of the pool, causing the float to tilt
dangerously. I let go of it. This time it was my turn to escape. I got out of
the pool, a sinking feeling in my stomach, and walked into the house, not caring
whether or not I was dripping wet chlorinated water onto the carpet.
I walked straight up to my room and plopped down on the bed, covering my
face with the inside of my elbow. Thoughts spun around and around in my head,
each one begging for attention. Did I really like her? Did I just want to feel
her perfect body pleasuring me? No, she’s too sweet…and she really likes me.
I’m in deep shit…deep shit. I didn’t ever hear when she came in,
but suddenly I felt Bethany slide onto the bed next to me. My stomach did a flip
flop and I realized that I could just roll over on top of her and give it a go,
proving that I was “the man”.
“Nick?” Her voice turned into a whisper again. My stomach tightened
and I realized that there was no way I could use her for the sex. I moved my arm
away from my face and looked at her. The ends of her hair were dripping and her
skin was glistening from the water droplets that covered it. What the hell
are you thinking, man? This girl would definitely please you in bed. I
smiled at her, reached up, took her face in my hands, and began kissing her
feverishly. I threw out my leg and wrapped it around her, turning myself over
and on top of her.
“Nick…” Her voice was soft as I began to kiss her neck. “Nick.”
I looked at her, stopping just before I kissed her again at the look she
gave me.
“Please don’t do this.” Her hands were up on the pillow next to her
face, almost as if surrendering. Her brows furrowed as tears began to fill her
eyes. She struggled beneath me and I let her up. She slid easily off the bed,
making her way to the door and didn’t turn back as she left.
