Friday came all too quickly for Emily. She was running around her room packing stuff into a bookbag.
"Emily!" her grandmother croaked. Emily walked into her grandmother's room to find papers scattered everywhere.
"Help me find your mother's address." She said shuffling through papers.
"Not now grandma, lie down." Emily said sitting her on the bed
"Emily we have to find it." She said
"We will." Emily smiled before walking out. The bell ran. She shuffled down the stairs and jumped into Viki's car outside. The girls were already there waiting at Viki's house.
"I say makeover time!" betty cried The girls all did eachother over.
"Here Emily." Viki smiling holding a drink Emily took it a drank it.
"What's in it?" Betty whispered
"Alcohol." Viki laughed. Through the night Viki slipped spiked drinks to unsuspecting Emily.
"Bring Joe!" Viki yelled. In came a drunk half concsious Joe. The girls were going to set up Emily
Justin's cell phone rang.
"Hello!" Justin smiled
"Justin, this is Paul. I don't know where EMily is at and her grandmother is in the hospital."
"I'll get her." Justin said hanging up and driving to Viki's. He rang the bell.
"Try and get them to stay up against eachother! I'll get the door." Vikis aid
"Look Vik I need tog et Emily." Justin said rushing in.
"uh no! You can't go in there!" Viki yelled
The girls had managed to pull her and Joey apart before he walked in,
"What's going on? Nevermind, Emily come on." Justin said standing in front of her. She moved to get off teh coach and fell off. Justin helped her to her feet and looked into her eyes. He could smell the alcohol.
"I'll deal withyou later Viki." Justin said picking up Emily.
"I'm gonna puke." EMily said outside the house. Justin put her down and she bent over and blew chunks on the garden.
"You okay? We have to get you to the hospital." He said rubbing her back.
"I'm fine." She said wiping her mouth.
"No it's not you. Your grandma." he said helping her into the car.
Emily charged throught he emergency doors. She was running abd her head was spinning.
"Emily!" her father yelled. She turned to him and hugged him.
"Go see her." He said. She walked slowly into the room.
"Hey." She smiled to her grams.
"Sweethear, have you beend rinking?" she smiled
"Grandma." Emily laughed
"Go in my jacket and in the pocket ther is something for you." She whispered
"What is it?" Emily asked
"Tell your mother I forgive her for breaking my china."
"You tell her."
"Just do it for me. Go get it."
Emily turned and went to the jacket. She reached into the pocket.
"Emily I love you." Her grams whispered. Emily turned around with a gpaper in her hand. The machine beside the bed began to beep. Doctors and nurses rushed in. The nurse rushed her out.
"Grandma?" She whispered.
Her father hugged her tightly.
"She was hanging on to see you.' he whispered
"I need to be alone." She said sitting down at a seat by herself.
She unfolded the paper and stared at it.
"What's that?" justin asked
"My mother's address."
"Are you going to see her?"
"It's in NY."
"So."
"So what, I have school."
"Well next weekend is a four day weekend, go then."
"My dad won't take me."
"Then go yourself."
"No forget it."
"I'll take you."
"You will?"
"Yeah it'll be fun."
"Alright."
"I'm sorry about your grams."
"She was old."
"Are you gonna tell your dad?"
"Nope, he'll try and stop me."
"Your becoming bad."
"I was bad you just never knew."
"Damn I learn new things everyday."
"Oh and no more sleepovers with Viki." Justin smiled
"No more anything with her. I think she spiked my drinks."
"She did more then spike it. I saw your breakfast, lunch and dinner." he laughed
