Justin walked down the sidewalk towards his house. His bookbag slung over his shoulder. his letterman jacket giving him away to passerbys. A few cars honked at him. Star quarterback who'd hopefully take them to the championships. A convertible pulled up alongside him,
"Heya justin!" Victoria Dunhoff yelled from the red convertible. She pulled down her sunglasses and flashed a smile.
"hey Viki." He smiled at her
"Need a ride?" She smiled
"Sure." he said throwing his bookbag in the backseat. he walked around the car and slid into the passenger's seat. he put his arm around the back of her seat as she started to drive down the street.
"what are you doing?" he asked
"Well i just got back from daddy's country club." She smiled
"Oh." he replied not really interested. She always seemed to flash her money around.
"how was practice?' She asked
"the same."
"Are you going to win this season?" she asked
"yeah why?"
"Oh just don't want to wasite my time in coming if you'll lose like last season." She said snottily.
"Well this year we're going to win, or I'll die trying." he said pulling his bag out from the backseat. She pulled up to the curb and parked
"Well don't die, I might want you around later." she smiled winking at him.
"Thanks for the ride Viki." he smiled as he kissed her cheek
"no problem at all." She smiled
He waved to her before she pulled away. He sighed as he walked up the walkway to his house.He picked up the newspaper on the doorstep and walked into his his white house.
"Mom! Dad!" he yelled
"you're father is at work." his mother replied from the kitchen
"where's Brian?" Justin asked
"Your brother is out playing ball." she replied
Justin smiled. Brian wanted to be just like him. Only thing was Brian was no good at throwing. he was more of a running. Justin dropped the newspaper on the kitchen table.
"Justin! Don't leave it there!" she shrieked
"Sorry mum." He said smacking it off the table and onto the floor. She frowned as she picked it up
"Really Justin." She frowned
"Right mom. I have homework." He said turning and walking up the stairs.
