4 runnerizing my shorty toy...

this idea came about from starting a family.  we have one little one (Mikayla) and a little boy on the way, so we were forced to make room or get another rig.

I bought this bar for 25 bucks at the wrecking yard and figured I was done with this mod.  wrong!  As you can see it sits waaaaay higher than the rollcage!

soo, I cut something like 2" from the bar and cut the mounting plate off so I could reuse that again.  I cut down the front bar only and that brought it down to level with the rollcage.

And here is the finished product minus the seat.  I am looking for an old Jeep seat, that should fit just fine inbetween the wells..  in the future I plan to tie it in with the rollcage.

this pic shows the cages tied together.  I ended up mounting my fuel cell inside the frame so room is tight for a seat but it should work.  stay tuned for tech on the seat mounting!
