This Mud stuck is the most stuck I have ever been. It just happened last weekend out at the Cyouse trail system. I didnt think the mud was deep at all, ooops! We got worried when my bud Gregg pulled and pulled and did nothing but break straps! Finally enough tugging freed me and we were on our way down the trail... This little stuck cost me an idler arm a constant jeep to toyota jokes and humiliation from my wife! |

Thats me on the left and Gregg on the right. This is a mud trail that weaves around in the trees for several hundred feet. It s really fun in the winter when the ice comes as you can see. I gave it the first try and ended up getting way too stuck, I just couldnt free myself cause there wasnt any traction to be had. Of course Gregg came in and gave it hell and almost made it. His 36s got him around the corner from where the pic of me was taken and he stopped. Enough back and forth action and he freed himself, that was great fun!!! This little stuck cost me a Swamper tire, slashed the hell out of it and made it completely useless! |

This is a log obstacle at our local orv park. Its a bunch of logs chained to trees for about 30 feet. Its easy on a dry day, but when the snow or rain comes it gets a bit challenging. Everyone on this day drove right through it with the exception of the open diffed Jeep pictured with me here. Anyway I made it to the last log and got an A arm hooked on it, I thought I was home free but the ole IFS held me in place! After the open diffed Jeep failed to unstuck me, Brian Nupen proved nothing but how stupid it is to yank someone so hard off a log. He got me off of there alright and sent my rear tires 2 feet in the air as I bounced over the log! thanks brian, I think...... |

We were on a snow run attacking the washouts at our local ORV park when Gregg nailed this one a little too hard. It was an off camber uphill washout for about 50 feet then a 3' verticle climb at the top of it. He gave it his all and ended up popping the bead on his 36" SX, ooops! He was in a hell of a spot to fix it, so Brian ran his winch cable into a tree and down to Gregg to lift him straight up. After this little repair he winched him the rest of the way up and threatened to pull him up the tree, I was against it as a friend but all for it for the photo opertunity, so it didnt happen. |
