If you are behinde a proxy, try to configure your REAL PLAYER as below:

Option->Preferences
Try "Manualy Configure HTTP proxy" from Proxy dialog
Put your Bandwidth in the Connection dialog
From Transport Dialog choose "use specified Transport"
For RTSP/PNA Settings, choose, "use HTTP Only"
