We both new from that moment we had found something special. But both of us had commitments elsewhere and so although we met online each day, looking in anticipation for the others name, we took our time in building our relationship and kept it to ourselves for a long time.
By the end of 1999 it was clear to most of our friends that we were together and in love. We spent a lot of time together online and on the phone and our love grew stronger with each passing day, even though there was an ocean between us.
In March 2001 Knight travelled to England to see me, this was our first "real" meeting. We were both a little nervous, but it was as if we were meeting someone we'd known our whole lives. He spent 3 weeks in England and then in April I travelled to the United States to be with him.
On November 9th 2001 we were married.
