I am always amused by these absurd demands the US makes on other countries as if the United States owned the planet. If I were the North Koreans I would say: Sure, you can inspect our nuclear facilities, no problem, just as long as we can send hundreds of inspectors to view Hanford, Rocky Flats, Oak Ridge and scores of other American nuclear facilities. You tell us what you want to see and we will tell you what we want to see. And of course there are to be no restrictions on what nations can have this information should they choose to pay for it. After all, you do believe in equal treatment don't you. You should; you talk enough about it. Are't we dealing as one nation to another in mutual respect, none of that colonialism nonsense you decry so often.
