1.) First, make an outline of the wing's "bone"  like the picture, ^, and then draw an outline of little feathers, again, like the picture. ^
2.) Then, draw long feathers ^. First start out long, then get shorter as you continue to draw. 3.) Clean up the wing outline to form it's shape. You don't have to do the whole wing though.
4.) Next, fill in the wing with a lighter color than the outline. Now you can clean up the rest of the pixels.
5.) After you fill the wing, run the shading tool once over all of the line on the wing, and then go over them again where there are shadows, such as behind the shoulder, head and arms, and under the little feathers and larger feathers.
7.) Next, highlight the feathers and wing "bone", but not going over the shadows. Then smudge the highlights in.
6.) Then, smudge the lines until they look smooth.
8.) After that, take the highlighting tool and highlight just the areas where you think the light is shining on the wing. I have it in the middle, but it could be anywhere. After doing that, smudge or blur the highlights in.
9.) Finally, copy the wing, paste it, flip it horizontally, and place it in the same spot of the other wing on the other side of your base.

And there you go!! A set of angel wings!
