Ok I am going to teach you how to make glitter in photo plus
First get a clothing item and create a new layer.
Second on the second layer draw lines on the clothign where ever you want.
Do what is showen in the picture
Click on add and set it at around 50 or above
You can change the opacity of the layer if you want it looks much better that way. I put it at around 45.
This is what the finished product looks like.
