Spinach, Cabbage Bananas, Corn Vitamin B6
Asparagus, Tomatoes Oranges, Strawberries Vitamin C
Yellow Squash, Sweet Potatoes Peaches, Cantaloupe Beta-Carotene
Anything Green and Leafy Apples, Apricots Magnesium
