		After over 15 years of living on the water, we are building a new house (well, 2 actually) off the water about a mile inland from where we live now.  In the coming weeks, we will post pictures here as things progress. But basically, we are building two zero lot line condominiums. We plan to live in one, and rent the otjher; perhaps sellling it at some point in the future. As of August 5th, we had a hole in the ground. Below is a computer generated picture of the front (yeah, I know - all garage), the side, and the back. It doesn't show the lower level windows, however.
