Continuted work on the USS National Tube Works in McKeesport taking place. Recent progress includes the bridge crane, warf, and the McKeesport Connecting RR S-2.

This piece of equipment is a rail heater.
Next is a spike tamper with a hopper full of new spikes.
The large brown wheel is a magnet that picks up the old spikes and drops them into the trailing car via a conveyer belt.
The track crew takes a break as a westbound CSX freight passes by.
