JOIN THE ARMY OF COY!

WE NEED YOU!! Well, I say we do anyway.

We all have different ways of supporting the performers we admire. We buy their records. We vote for their videos on MTV countdowns and call the radio stations to put their music on heavy rotation. At the more extreme (but by no means threatening) end of the spectrum, you have supporters like Foxett and I starting websites and online fan forums. It's all in the spirit of fun, and if we accomplish some good along the way, well, great!!

There's a lame site called FUCKED COMPANY, which is supposed to be about dotcom failures and companies that abuse their employees. But these days the losers that frequent the site message board are more into discussing who's gay and who isn't.

Sometime in November, some shit-for-brains proposed Steve as a subject for 'orientation analysis'. They've never let go of him since. I've given them hell and so have a few other DOA fans who responded to my plea for help on the RIGHT STUFF message board. It's been a long struggle, but we're winning! Every time someone bashes Steve on that board, we've given them so many rebuttals that the insults are dropping drasticly. But we could still use help. Not only with the Fucked Company war but issues like online bootleg auctions, defamatory comments in other public forums, etc.

"Look!! We're Winning!!
So here's an invitation to join a growing force! You dont need to pay or even really formaly apply to join the ARMY OF COY. All you need to do is actively show your support of Steve Coy and Dead Or Alive, idealy in a public and potentialy hostile forum like Fucked Company. You can also donate money to AIDS charities, which the RIGHT STUFF has successfully done in the past in the name of DOA. And why be silent about your efforts? Post results in the Steve Coy Yahoo Forum.

Yea, yea, I know. There are some morons who are going to yell that harassing Steve/DOA is all part and parcel of freedom of speech. And they're absolutely right. But bear this in mind: if you've got the nerve to slander Steve in public, We've got the nerve to tell you just what we think of it, and you. It works both ways.
