The pitter patter of the rain
Hitting against the window pane
The music playing soft and low
Romance abounds in the candles glow
My hand reaches out to stroke your face
Your arms are around me in a gentle embrace
The tender way you whisper my name
Sets my heart all aflame
The love I see from in your eyes
Makes me feel I'm in paradise
I take your hand to let you know
My love for you I want to show
And as I slowly kiss your lips
Electricity flows from our fingertips
I close my eyes and smile at you
And whisper softly, I love you
