Andre The Giant & Haku vs. Big Show & Kane
In December 1989, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan took two of the most vicious WWE Superstars ever,
Andre The Giant and Haku, and combined their abilities to form The Colossal Connection. Though
their tenure as a team only lasted a brief five months, they dominated the tag team division
and left an indelible impression on WWE fans to this day.
On November 1, 2005 Kane and Big Show won their first World Tag Team Championship, defeating
Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch in impressive fashion. Their current reign has been nothing
short of incredible. They have blazed past the best the WWE has to offer on both Raw and
Smackdown. A match between these two teams would truly be colossal.
Andre & Haku
Strengths
Sheer Brutality: Both Andre and Haku specialized in inflicting acute physical and psychological
pain on their opponents.
Pop Goes the Weasel: Bobby "The Brain" Heenan always had a cunning plan up his sleeve.
Intimidation factor: Some opponents fell apart at the mere sight of the Giant.
Weaknesses
Ruthlessness: Their desire to hurt their opponents at any cost sometimes blinded them from scoring the victory.
Team Cohesiveness: Both men were strong and prideful individuals with egos that didn't always allow for
the achievements of others.

Strategy
Cheat to Win: Members of the Heenan Family have no regard for the rulebook and will do whatever
necessary to come up with a win.
Strike Quickly and Powerfully: At this point in his career, Andre's stamina was declining. Having
him spend long sequences in the ring may allow for an opening in his defense.
