| There came a time we needed to say goodbye. The hardest thing to say, and not knowing why. Was it time that was needed, to make us see, The true heart that lives inside you and me. I spent that week alone, not having you here, Facing the most awful fear. Fear of losing your true Heart, while we were apart. I held faith in your love for me you show, Tried to be brave and not let your heart know. My lonely heart stayed true , To my one and only love...you. Your scared but true heart led you, To a special place shared only by us two. I knew you were there each night, Because I saw your true hreat and held it tight. Goodbye just didn't seem right, After our true hearts touched each night. A life without each other, just doesn't seem fair, Our true hearts make us the perfect pair. |
