Interview Questions 1. What is a dictatorship to you? To me, a dictatorship is a form of government where a person or persons set themselves and their beliefs above the wants and needs of the people they rule. The people have no control or input in the government. 2. Do you believe it’s right for a leader to enslave his people? No, I don't! The reason is that my ancestors were taken from their home land and made to do menial tasks that other people didn't want to do. More than 400 years later we still don't have equal rights. I would never subject any other race of people to what my people had to experience. 3. Do you believe it’s okay to overthrow an already established government and leader? I don't believe it is okay to overthrow an already established government, but there is always an exception to the rule; Case and point, a rogue nation that endangers the free world. In saying that I don't believe one person should have the authority to initiate and overthrow a government. Certain precautions should be taken to ensure that all other alternatives have been fully explored before entertaining the idea of overthrowing another government. 4. It is okay to assassinate a people for the good of the nation? If I was a citizen of a dictatorship controlled people I think, as a last resort, it would be okay to take that clown out. The reason being, there is no room for change in a dictatorship. The power doesn't lie with the people, rather with the leaders of the dictatorship. 5. Can a leader ever be too ambitious? Yes, a leader can be too ambitious. There have been leaders that have acted without considering the consequences. Suddam Hussein is a prime example. When the Iraqis invaded Kuwait, Saddam did not weigh the consequences of his actions. 6. Can a dictator meet the needs of his people? A dictator can't really meet the needs of his people. Their needs will always be secondary to his needs. The only way a dictator would meet the needs of his people would be if they had the same needs as him. 7. Is it right for a man to kill the leader and then become the leader himself? In a dictatorship, I believe that it's not okay to kill a dictator and then become the new dictator. I don't believe in dictatorship, first off. You haven't changed anything. It still won't really be any better for the people. The only thing that's changed is the people running the dictatorship. 8. A dictator is rarely the answer. In some cases it might be a good thing to be annexed by another country. 10. Do you believe in dictatorship? I don't believe in dictatorship. The people should have a voice in the way that their country is ran. They should have the right to kick the leader out if he's not doing a good job or turns out to be a criminal. 10. In your opinion, a dictatorship the best type of government? No, because in every case dictatorships are build on the backs of the people. The people have no say in the way that the country is run.
