PIZZA HEARTS
Using heart shaped cookie cutter, cut shapes
from toasted whole wheat bread slices.
Spread with pizza sauce, spinkle with cheese and broil until cheese melts.

Frozen Candy Cups
8 ounces plain yogurt
1 cup frozen, whole, unsweetened strawberries
Whip yogurt and strawberries in blender.
Place paper cupcake holders in muffin tin.
Fill cups 1/4 full. Freeze.

Valentine Muffins
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
12 small, frozen, unsweetened strawberriesBeat egg, milk and oil with fork until blended.
Mix dry ingredients together. Add to egg mixture.
Stir until blended. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon batter
into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Fill each cup 1/3 full.
Place thawed strawberries in each cup. Top with enough
batter to fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 to 25 minutes.
Variation: Use 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry preserves in each muffin.

Heart Sandwiches
Using heart shaped cookie cutter cut bread slices
into shapes. Spread with favorite filling.
Cut cheese slices into heart shapes and serve on toast.
Variations: Raspberries and cherries.

Healthy Heart Sandwiches
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon unsweetened, strawberry, soft drink mix
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups frozen strawberriesThaw and drain strawberries. Mix together dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients. Combine.
Pour batter into one square 8" pan and one round 8" pan.
Bake and cool. Cut round cake in half and place
on adjoining sides of square cake to form heart shape.
Spread with strawberry icing.
