Part 5~


     The woman sat in complete darkness with her face in the shadows.
Her hair was long and black along with her dress. She was Madame Mana.
She was the woman boss of a gang known as Malice Mizer.
She was the cruel mother of Klaha who was to inherit the Malice Mizer Gang in the future.
She started Malice Mizer in order to spread hatred through Tokyo via singing.
 Her husband known as Kozi had died several years ago.
 Madame Mana looked up when she saw a long haired man approach her.

 MADAME MANA : Yu ~ Ki.

 The bassist stood before her. He had joined the Malice Mizer Gang a month ago.
He was poor and desperate for money. He knew that Madame Mana was wealthy.
He agreed to do anything she asked. He had been hired to be Klaha¹ s big brother.
He was not a wicked man. He secretly taught Klaha how to be a good person.
 Over the years, Madame Mana had hired several people to turn Klaha evil like her.
Her physical abuse was not enough. She did not want the Malice Mizer name purified.
Yu ~ Ki could never help but notice the evil in her eyes.
 
 MADAME MANA : Yes, Yu ~ Ki ?

 YU ~ KI : I have been thinking....

 MADAME MANA : Mm hm.

 YU ~ KI : I know you want Klaha to be evil, but I can¹ t help but notice your abuse.
It makes me feel ill to see a mother physically abuse her son from childhood to adulthood.

 His boss raised an eyebrow. She scowled when she saw Klaha enter her office.
She watched him slowly approach Yu ~ Ki. Her hands gripped the arms of her chair.

 YU ~ KI : Teach him via example and not via abuse.

 MADAME MANA : How so ?

 YU ~ KI : Uhhhh....

 MADAME MANA : Exactly.

 Klaha started crying until his mother threw a giant glass cobra at him. She missed.
 Yu ~ Ki felt how lucky he was that he was not hardened like his employer.
He wanted Klaha to be loving and free.

 MADAME MANA : Get Klaha out of my sight.

 Yu ~ Ki bowed before leaving with her twenty four year old son.  
 
 KLAHA : Yu ~ Ki.

 YU ~ KI : Hm ?

 He was surprised when Klaha kissed him.

 KLAHA : You¹ re it !

 He ran away laughing while his mentor chased him playfully.
 Madame Mana stood in the doorway. She raised both eyebrows.

 MADAME MANA : By the way, Klaha.
Your grandmother is stopping by today. She has not seen you for awhile.

 Klaha hid behind Yu ~ Ki.

 KLAHA : Grandma is always trying to have sex with me !

 His mother pulled him by the hand and slapped him.

 MADAME MANA : Don¹ t say such things about my mother.

 She approached the door when there was a knock and opened it.
 The grandmother whose name was Tetsu rapidly entered her daughter¹ s home.

 TETSU : Helloooo ! Helloooo !

 She touched Klaha¹ s face.

 TETSU : Hi there, Cutie !

 She noticed Yu ~ Ki.

 TETSU : You are ?

 YU ~ KI : Yu ~ Ki. I work for your daughter.

 MADAME MANA : May I borrow your cane, Mother ?

 TETSU : Certainly.

 She handed her cane to her daughter who proceeded to beat her son.

 TETSU : Clobber him so that he won¹ t resist me tonight.

 Yu ~ Ki was shocked.

 TETSU : I will be staying here for a few days.
I look forward to seeing you in bed, Klaha.

 Her daughter returned her cane. She and Tetsu walked away laughing.
 Yu ~ Ki helped Klaha stand.

 YU ~ KI : Has your grandmother ever.... ?

 KLAHA : I don¹ t want to talk about it.

 YU ~ KI : You have my protection, Klaha.

 He wrapped his arms around his shoulders and kissed his face.

 KLAHA : Yu ~ Ki.

 His mother arrived with his grandmother. She screamed.

 MADAME MANA : AAAAAAAA ! YOU GAY BOY !

 Tetsu grinned.

 TETSU : Not for long.

 YU ~ KI : You stay away from him !

 Tetsu just smiled.
 Yu ~ Ki continued to hold Klaha.

 YU ~ KI : My son.

 Madame Mana approached and slapped him. She watched him fall.

 KLAHA : Yu ~ Ki !

 MADAME MANA : Klaha belongs to me. I gave him life and I can easily destroy it.

 Yu ~ Ki made an attempt to stand.

 YU ~ KI : Too late.

 KLAHA : Do you have enough money to pay for my psychiatrist, Mommy ?
I am going to need one because of you.

 He watched his mother remove a cell phone from her dress.

 MADAME MANA : There is a crazy man standing in front of me.
He is talking to an imaginary person he calls Mommy.
Shoulder length dark hair. He is known as Klaha.

 She placed the phone back in her dress.

 MADAME MANA : That was a false call.
However, I am not to be crossed.

 Klaha bowed while his mother walked away. His hidden tears were now obvious.
 Yu ~ Ki touched Klaha¹ s wet face. His eyes expressed deep concern.
He watched the other man collapse on his knees until he did the same.
Hearing his pitiful sobbing broke his heart.
  
 YU ~ KI : Let me show you love.

 KLAHA : Love ?

 Yu ~ Ki nodded before holding his body. He could feel his tears on his shoulder.

 YU ~ KI : You don¹ t have to be a bad man.

 Klaha was silent. He looked up at Yu ~ Ki who kissed him.
He did not struggle. His tears were gently removed when Yu ~ Ki touched them.
He could feel it rise in his trousers. The bulge would not go away.
 Klaha smiled while crying.
 
 YU ~ KI : I would rather see your smile than see your tears.

 He rubbed Klaha¹ s hip repeatedly. He slowly put his hand down his trousers.

 KLAHA : Please don¹ t, Yu ~ Ki. What if my mother and grandmother see us ?

 YU ~ KI : Let them.

 He smiled.

 YU ~ KI : Do they really want to know what we are doing right now ?

 Klaha thought about it while looking up.

 YU ~ KI : You deserve a better life, Klaha.
You don¹ t have to live this way.
You don¹ t have to lose everyone you love because I am right here.
I love you, Klaha.

 KLAHA : I....

 He blushed.

 KLAHA : I feel the same way about you, Yu ~ Ki.

 He accepted his friend¹ s kiss.
 Tetsu and Mana spied on them.
Tetsu held binoculars.

 TETSU : How dare he steal my beloved grandson¹ s love !

 MANA : Klaha refuses to participate in our gang¹ s concerts.
However, there may be a way that we can shatter his spirit.

 TETSU : I can hit him on the head with my cane repeatedly.

 MANA : No. I have a better idea.

 TETSU : Tell me, my daughter.

 Mana whispered her plan to her.

 TETSU : I don¹ t regret giving you life.

 She smiled with tears of happiness in her eyes.

 TETSU : Klaha will dump Yu ~ Ki and love me.

 MANA : Maybe. Maybe not.

 TETSU : I have a cane and I am not afraid to use it !

 Mana rolled her eyes.
 
 MANA : Let¹ s try my plan.

 Her mother followed her out of the office.
 The women saw the men kissing while embracing on the floor.
Klaha moved his hand up and down Yu ~ Ki¹ s erection. He could feel the ejaculation.
He looked up and gasped when he saw his mother and grandmother.
He quickly took his hand out of Yu ~ Ki¹ s trousers. He wiped the semen on his clothes.
 Mana raised one eyebrow. She looked at Tetsu and nodded.
She grabbed Yu ~ Ki¹ s arms and dragged him into her office while Tetsu dragged Klaha.
She chained Yu ~ Ki to the wall.
 Tetsu removed scissors from Mana¹ s desk. Her daughter held Klaha back.
 Klaha watched his grandmother approach Yu ~ Ki and remove his hair.
He saw the white and golden tresses drop on the floor.

 KLAHA : Yu ~ Ki !

 He gasped when he saw his lover¹ s exposed scalp.
 Tetsu showed Yu ~ Ki what he looked like in a mirror.
She smiled when he started to cry.

 TETSU : You are ugly without your hair, Yu ~ Ki.

 Klaha struggled until his mother released him. He ran over to Yu ~ Ki.
He held his hand. He kissed his bald head and smiled.

 KLAHA : I will love you regardless of appearance.

 Yu ~ Ki smiled with tears in his eyes.

 YU ~ KI : Klaha.

 Tetsu scowled when she looked at Mana.

 TETSU : Your plan didn¹ t work !

 MANA : I apologize, Mother.

 TETSU : I guess I¹ ll have to take Klaha by force.

 She approached Klaha who kissed Yu ~ Ki¹ s mouth and grabbed his arm.
She pinned him on the floor before kissing him.
 Madame Mana scowled when she looked at Yu ~ Ki.

 MADAME MANA : I don¹ t know if I should fire or kill you for showing my son love.

 Tetsu looked up while forcing her screaming and crying grandson to enter her.

 TETSU : You could have him rot in prison forever.

 MADAME MANA : Not a bad idea.

 She proceeded to talk on her cell phone.

 MADAME MANA : Hello ? Police ?
I would like to have a man known as Yu ~ Ki behind bars for life.
The crime is not important.

 She hung up before grinning at Yu ~ Ki.
 A few minutes later, a police officer arrived.
His hair was blonde, wavy, and long.

 POLICE OFFICER : Officer Gaz.

 Madame Mana gasped.

 MADAME MANA : Gaz ! How dare you betray our gang by joining the police !

 Tetsu stood near her daughter. She had ceased displaying erotic behavior for now.
 Klaha was crying while resting his head on Yu ~ Ki¹ s chest.

 YU ~ KI : Why did you leave Madame Mana¹ s gang ?

 The cop sighed.

 OFFICER GAZ : I had joined the organization in order to support myself.
I did not want to spread evil via music so I left as soon as I made enough money to quit.
I decided to become a police officer in order to protect others from evil.
However, I can¹ t arrest a powerful woman like Madame Mana.

 The leader of the Malice Mizer Gang smiled.

 MADAME MANA : Arrest Yu ~ Ki this instant.

 OFFICER GAZ : Of course, Madame.

 Tetsu proceeded to unchain Yu ~ Ki who embraced Klaha before kissing him.
She rolled her eyes when Klaha¹ s tears never ceased.
 Madame Mana scowled when Yu ~ Ki grabbed Klaha¹ s hand and ran away.

 MADAME MANA : DON¹ T JUST STAND THERE, GAZ !
ARREST YU ~ KI AND BRING KLAHA BACK TO ME ALIVE !

 Officer Gaz saluted.

 OFFICER GAZ : Yes, Ma¹ am !

 He proceeded to chase Klaha and Yu ~ Ki.
 
 KLAHA : Where are we going, Yu ~ Ki ?

 His lover looked over his shoulder while running out of Madame Mana¹ s mansion.

 YU ~ KI : My grandmother does not live far from your mother¹ s place.
We can stay there for awhile.

 Klaha¹ s legs were getting tired from running constantly.
He looked at Yu ~ Ki¹ s bald head and found him more attractive than ever.
He was curious when he saw a small cabin ahead of him.
He could feel the pain in his legs and wanted to give up.
He winced as his muscles ached. He and Yu ~ Ki eventually reached the cabin.
 Yu ~ Ki knocked on the door.
 A kind old woman appeared. Her hair was long with dark and light shades of brown.

 YU ~ KI : Let us in, Grandmother.

 He watched her nod and entered the cabin with Klaha.

 GRANDMOTHER : Who is your friend ?

 YU ~ KI : Klaha and he is the son of Madame Mana who leads a terrible gang.

 GRANDMOTHER : I am Kami.

 She watched Klaha and Yu ~ Ki sit near one another on a bed.
She could not help but stare at her grandson¹ s naked scalp.

 YU ~ KI : Don¹ t ask, Grandmother.

 KAMI : I won¹ t.

 Yu ~ Ki put his hand over Klaha¹ s.

 KAMI : Would you like steamed rice, Klaha ?

 KLAHA : No. That¹ s OK.

 He stared into Yu ~ Ki¹ s eyes before kissing him.
He removed a photo from his outfit.
 It was a picture of his scowling mother holding him when he was a baby.
 
 YU ~ KI : Let me see the photo, Klaha.

 KLAHA : No ! This is personal !

 Yu ~ Ki grabbed the photo and tugged it until it ripped in half.
He put the two halves together.

 YU ~ KI : I never saw your mother smile.

 Klaha scowled like his mother in the picture.
 Kami went into another room before bringing tape and putting the photo together.
She was surprised when Klaha wept while embracing her.

 KLAHA : Thank you.

 Kami¹ s smile was kind. She looked at her grandson¹ s head and had an idea.
She walked away. She could hear the two men kissing in the other room.
She made something for her grandson. She entered the room after completing it.
 Yu ~ Ki and Klaha were both in bed. They kissed frequently.
 
 KAMI : Yu ~ Ki.

 Her grandson looked up. She displayed fur in her hands.

 YU ~ KI : What ?

 KAMI : It is a wig.

 Her grandson took the fur and placed it on his head.
The wig was long and black.
 Kami gave him a mirror.

 YU ~ KI : I love it, Grandmother.

 Kami smiled.

 KAMI : I knew you would.

 KLAHA : You are beautiful with and without your hair, Yu ~ Ki.

 His lover touched his face before letting him sleep in his arms.
 The next day, Kami, Yu ~ Ki, and Klaha had steamed rice.

 YU ~ KI : What do you want to do, Klaha ?

 KLAHA : Anything but go home.

 YU ~ KI : What would you do if you did not want to return to your monster mother ?

 Klaha thought about it before grinning.

 KLAHA : I know.

 YU ~ KI : What ?

 KLAHA : YOU¹ RE IT !

 He playfully hit his back and ran out the door before his lover chased him.
 Kami rolled her eyes while smiling.
 Yu ~ Ki got on top of Klaha before rolling and laughing.
He and his lover looked up when they stopped rolling.
 They stood when they saw Officer Gaz scowling.
 Yu ~ Ki screamed.

 YU ~ KI : HOW DID YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIND US ?

 OFFICER GAZ : Your mother informed me about your grandmother¹ s cabin.
Kami was once a part of the Malice Mizer Gang before she quit like I did.

 Yu ~ Ki gasped.

 YU ~ KI : I never knew....

 OFFICER GAZ : Kami was a member four years before you joined, Yu ~ Ki.

 He sighed before looking at Yu ~ Ki with tear filled eyes.

 OFFICER GAZ : I am so sorry, Yu ~ Ki.

 KLAHA : ARREST ME AS WELL !

 OFFICER GAZ : What ?

 KLAHA : I do not want to return to my mean mommy.

 OFFICER GAZ : I am sorry. Your mother ordered me to arrest Yu ~ Ki.

 KLAHA : She does not have to know. Tell her that I commited suicide.

 Officer Gaz raised an eyebrow before sighing.

 OFFICER GAZ : Very well, Klaha. You can share a cell with Yu ~ Ki.

 Klaha bowed.

 OFFICER GAZ : Madame Mana told me that you commited a crime, Yu ~ Ki.
I don¹ t have any choice but to arrest a criminal like you.

 Yu ~ Ki held Klaha¹ s hand.

 YU ~ KI : I don¹ t care if we suffer forever.
What matters is that Klaha and I will be together.

 He and Klaha were handcuffed and taken to the local jail.
They were placed in a cell.

 OFFICER GAZ : I allowed you to be together, but I am still a police officer.
I won¹ t hesitate to punish you if you misbehave.

 Yu ~ Ki and Klaha nodded as they watched him leave.
 
 YU ~ KI : Officer Gaz sure is pushy.

 OFFICER GAZ : I HEARD THAT !

 Yu ~ Ki and Klaha started kissing until Yu ~ Ki had to go to the bathroom.

 YU ~ KI : If only I could make it to the toilet in this cell.

 Klaha grinned.

 KLAHA : Whatever you do, don¹ t think about....

 Yu ~ Ki scowled before running to the toilet.
 Klaha held his arms while trembling from the cold air within the cell.
Yu ~ Ki embraced and kissed him. He rubbed his back. He rocked him back and forth.
 
 YU ~ KI : What are you thinking about ?

 KLAHA : My mother.

 YU ~ KI : Why ?

 KLAHA : What if she calls Officer Gaz and finds out that he lied about my suicide ?
She is a very intelligent woman.

 YU ~ KI : Do you love your mother ?

 KLAHA : Of course. She raised me.

 YU ~ KI : Do you still love your mother even though she upsets you ?

 Klaha removed the photo from his outfit and hugged it before nodding.

 KLAHA : I do.

 YU ~ KI : However, you are terrified of her.

 Klaha nodded.
 The phone rang in the jail.

 OFFICER GAZ : Officer Gaz speaking.

 He gasped when he recognized the voice.

 VOICE : Why isn¹ t my son with me ?

 Officer Gaz gasped.

 OFFICER GAZ : Madame Mana ! I um uh....

 His eyes darted back and forth.

 OFFICER GAZ : Your son commited suicide !

 Madame Mana raised an eyebrow before hanging up.
 Officer Gaz placed the phone back in its cradle before approaching the lovers.

 OFFICER GAZ : Your mother is on her way, Klaha.

 He watched him kiss Yu ~ Ki. He could tell that he was worried.
 He turned his head when another officer appeared with a stranger.

 OFFICER GAZ : Who is this ?

 OFFICER : Gackt. He is a gypsy convict. He was seen stealing food awhile ago.

 Gackt¹ s hair was long and brunette. His garments were black and golden.

 OFFICER GAZ : Almost all of the cells are crowded.
Yu ~ Ki and Klaha now have company.

 He threw Gackt into the cell and walked away.

 GACKT : What are you in here for ?

 YU ~ KI : Klaha¹ s mother lied about my so called crime spree.
Klaha begged to go to prison just so that he could be with me.

 He rubbed Klaha¹ s hand.
 Gackt squinted when he looked at Klaha.

 GACKT : Are you a man or a woman ?

 KLAHA : Both.

 Yu ~ Ki slapped his head since he suspected sarcasm.

 KLAHA : I have qualities of both.

 GACKT : Oh.

 KLAHA : I don¹ t want to leave prison and abandon Yu ~ Ki.
I shudder to think what my mother is going to do to me when she bails me out of here.

 GACKT : Well, she is not a convicted criminal like my parents were.
I only stole food to survive. I never want to be like them. I want to be a good person.

 KLAHA : I know how you feel.

 He sighed.

 YU ~ KI : Is your mother¹ s husband as evil as she is ?

 KLAHA : I don¹ t know. He died before I was born.

 Yu ~ Ki looked down.

 YU ~ KI : I¹ m sorry.

 KLAHA : No. That¹ s OK.

 GACKT : Do you want to see your father, Klaha ?

 He watched him nod. He shut his eyes and started concentrating.
 Just then, the floor started to glow before a body slowly rose from it.
The glowing ceased as Gackt opened his eyes.

 KLAHA : ( gasping ) Father ?

 The dead body slowly opened his eyes.

 YU ~ KI : How ?!

 GACKT : I am a mystic. I have the ability to revive the dead and kill them again.

 Klaha watched his father revive and scowl.

 KOZI : Who are you ?

 KLAHA : I am your son. Klaha.

 YU ~ KI : I am Yu ~ Ki and I happen to be more than a friend of your son.

 He held his partner¹ s hand.
 Kozi looked at Gackt.

 KOZI : You are ?

 GACKT : Gackt.

 KOZI : Gackt ? Sounds like a gypsy bastardization of some other name !

 GACKT : What did you call me ? A gypsy bastard ?

 KOZI : You are a gypsy bastard.

 KLAHA : Father....

 KOZI : I never wanted you in my life, Klaha.
I should have left your mother as soon as I found out about her pregnancy.
I commited suicide. I knew that you were a mistake.

 KLAHA : Father !

 KOZI : Stop whining !

 Klaha lowered his head.

 KLAHA : Yes, Father.

 Yu ~ Ki embraced Klaha¹ s body.

 YU ~ KI : Would you hit your own child ?

 KOZI : I was going to and now that you mention it, I¹ ll hit you too !

 Yu ~ Ki snarled.

 YU ~ KI : You dare hit me ?

 KLAHA : Why are you like this, Father ?

 GACKT : Face it. He is a maniac.

 Yu ~ Ki was determined to protect Klaha even if it meant dying in his arms.

 KOZI : I must have been drunk that night when I was in bed with your mother.

 YU ~ KI : Why are you so cruel, Kozi ?

 His cellmate was silent.

 YU ~ KI : You can¹ t even come up with a good reason !

 He was slapped and knocked down.
 Kozi proceeded to beat his only son to the ground.
 Yu ~ Ki looked up with tears in his eyes.

 YU ~ KI : You sadistic bastard.

 Kozi smiled until he gasped when Gackt snapped his fingers.
He turned to dust and fell through the floor.
 Klaha wept in Yu ~ Ki¹ s arms. His sobs were very noisy.
 Gackt and Yu ~ Ki stared with sympathy.
 Klaha looked up when he heard a female voice shout....

 VOICE : WHERE IS HE ?!

 Klaha hid behind Yu ~ Ki.
 Officer Gaz appeared with Madame Mana who scowled.

 GACKT : You are ?

 The mother of Klaha growled.

 OFFICER GAZ : She is Madame Mana of the Malice Mizer Gang.

 KLAHA : Where¹ s Grandma ?

 MADAME MANA : She is waiting for you at home. I have arrived to bail you out.

 KLAHA : I don¹ t want to go home. I want to stay here with Yu ~ Ki.

 Madame Mana looked at Yu ~ Ki and said calmly....

 MADAME MANA : You¹ re fired.

 GACKT : Someone has PMS.

 Madame Mana¹ s eyes were wide.

 KLAHA : Mommy....

 GACKT : It sickens me at heart to hear a grown man call his mother Mommy.

 Klaha stuck his tongue out.

 KLAHA : She is my mommy and I can call her whatever I want.

 GACKT : Be quiet.

 KLAHA : Moooommyyyy ! Gackt told me to be quiet !

 MADAME MANA : Mommy is so informal. Call me Mother.

 KLAHA : Yes, Mother.

 YU ~ KI : Klaha, don¹ t go with her. She is still your unloving mother.

 He looked at Madame Mana.

 YU ~ KI : Let your son decide his fate.
If he wants to leave his life of crime, let him.

 Madame Mana sighed.

 MADAME MANA : Very well, Klaha.You can be with Yu ~ Ki.
I have not been able to turn you evil in the past and I probably won¹ t be able to now.
I will bail you out along with Yu ~ Ki and Gackt.

 Klaha bowed.

 KLAHA : Thank you, Mother.

 MANA : I will provide you with wealth, Yu ~ Ki.

 She watched him bow before Officer Gaz let them out of their cell.
She stayed behind while she watched Klaha and Yu ~ Ki hold hands while walking.
Gackt followed them. She waited until they were out of the jail.
 She slowly removed a gun from her dress and aimed at Gackt.
She pulled the trigger. She watched the silent bullet penetrate his body.
She saw him collapse.
 She killed Yu ~ Ki first and then her son. She saw Klaha¹ s hand over Yu ~ Ki¹ s.

 MADAME MANA : Well, I did say that you could be with Yu ~ Ki, Klaha.

 She slowly walked away whistling a nameless tune.
 Klaha continued to toss and turn in his sleep.

 KLAHA : I feel trapped, Yu ~ Ki. I think I am going to die.

 He proceeded to dream about being held hostage.
